- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Develop and manage financial models and budgets.
- Participate in investment decisions and maintain records of committee deliberations.
- Support HR in evaluating staff model financial impacts.
- Develop and present operating budgets for future years.
- Approve payroll and payables prior to payment.
- Manage administration and contractual requirements.
- Define and manage insurance policies and coverages.
- Ensure compliance with government reporting requirements.
- Publish meeting materials and minutes for A&F meetings.
- Prepare reports for the Board of Directors.
- Provide support for financial modeling of churches as needed.
