Job Summary
We are seeking a Director of Resort Operations to oversee the daily operations of our luxury resort. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a proven track record of success in rooms management.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the seamless operation of the Rooms Division, Spa, Retail, and Safety and Security departments
- Monitor and manage departmental performance metrics, including occupancy and guest satisfaction
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure brand standards are met
- Support the Managing Director in resort projects and initiatives
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training team members
- Act as an Executive Committee member and participate in overall guidance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in rooms management within a luxury hotel environment
