B2B Sales Director (HYBRID)
Our client seeks a B2B Sales Director with solid experience growing a sales department, who can guide the team in structuring and improving their sales processes.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with exceptional communication and analytical skills, who is ready to inspire and mentor a sales team to success.
This role offers a unique opportunity for a growth-oriented individual with a proven record in sales leadership and team development to make a significant impact.
This hybrid position requires working on-site three days a week.
Sales Team Development
- Develop a sales team and mentor team members to support the organization's growth.
Sales Performance Management
- Oversee sales performance and develop/improve processes to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
Long-term Strategy and Planning
- Collaborate with leadership to develop impactful long-term sales goals/strategies.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare sales forecasts, and perform ad-hoc reporting.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant leadership experience in B2B Sales, preferably within the distribution industry (Retail, Grocery, Consumer Goods, etc.).
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce or closely related system(s) required.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong business partnerships.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically for work.
