About the Job
This Strategic Operations Manager role offers a unique opportunity to drive significant growth and scaling of our manufacturing operations.
You will oversee Manufacturing teams, Facilities, and Continuous Improvement at our Devens site.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and experience in highly regulated environments.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to deliver operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Value Stream Managers to optimize profitability and quality management.
- Direct and implement Lean Business strategies to achieve best-in-class practices.
- Drive growth and expansion of manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of lean principles and ability to implement them effectively.
- Experience in managing complex manufacturing facilities and/or multi-site operations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
