As the Senior Leadership Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and staff of our addiction treatment facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation guidelines, and creating a network of local constituency groups.
**Key Responsibilities**
Oversee day-to-day operations and staff; ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation guidelines; create a network of local constituency groups; oversee contract relationships; lead development of continuum of care; serve as the final authority for resolution of staff performance concerns. Additionally, the Senior Leadership Professional will develop a culture that emphasizes high-quality care and patient safety.
**Requirements**
Minimum of three to five years of experience in senior leadership or CEO role in a behavioral health, acute care, and/or managed care environment; thorough knowledge of facility administration and clinical operations; experience in turning around an organization and directing crisis and inpatient behavioral health services; strong financial acumen, business orientation, and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. A transformational leader with hospital administrator experience or a similarly visible leadership position is preferred.
