Data Product Leadership Role
We are seeking a Senior Data Product Manager to contribute to the development of a data-driven product vision and strategy to align with Talkiatry's business goals, improving patient care, and operational efficiencies.

We are a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and prioritize data product roadmaps that continuously evolve our data platform, leveraging our cloud-based data warehouse (Snowflake) and tools.
- Cross-functionally collaborate with product, engineering, clinical teams, and other internal stakeholders to define data product priorities, roadmaps, and timelines.
- Work with data engineers to ensure data solutions are robust, scalable, and high-quality.
- Foster a metrics-driven culture by defining success metrics, driving the collection of relevant data, and encouraging continuous experimentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 7 years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 3 years of experience working on data products or analytics platforms.
- Proven experience in developing and managing data product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.
- A strong understanding of data infrastructure and analytics tools, such as cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift), data orchestration (Airflow, DBT), and data modeling.
- Advanced SQL and experience with data modeling.
