- 10 years of experience in a healthcare Actuarial role
- ~10 years of experience designing and executing complex data programs, including data extraction and analysis using R, Python, Java, SQL, SAS
- ~10 years of experience acquiring, manipulating, and working with large heterogeneous datasets (claim and non-claim based) and using them to solve business problems
- ~5 years of experience creating efficient and scalable models and developing data storage and architecture solutions
- ~5 years of experience as a people and project manager
- ~5 years of experience leading meetings and presenting data insights to executive audiences
- ~5 years of experience with a wide range of statistical methods, including descriptive and inferential statistics, multivariate regression, clustering, neural networks, predictive modeling, forecasting, machine learning, data mining, and optimization algorithms
- ~Actuarial Credential (ASA or FSA)
