About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to lead our finance team. As a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, you will provide strategic insights to drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies that align with our mission and growth objectives
- Lead financial forecasting, risk assessment, and investment strategies to ensure a strong financial position
- Oversight of financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and audits
- Managing and assuming overall responsibility for accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Payroll, General Ledger management for all of Gunnison Valley Health departments and entities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of seven years of progressive financial leadership experience in a hospital or healthcare system
- Expertise in financial forecasting, capital financing, and strategic financial planning
- Demonstrated ability to advise executive leadership on financial strategies and industry trends
