Responsibilities
- Collect blood samples using venipuncture and capillary techniques
- Enter patient information accurately and timely
- Process billing information and collect payments
- Prepare specimens for testing and analysis
- Support administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- Travel to additional sites when required
Requirements
- Valid California-issued Phlebotomy License or application filed with the California Department of Health at time of hire
- Bilingual Spanish speaking is highly preferred
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Able to attend a 2-week training program in California
