Job Overview
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for driving our end-to-end hiring process to meet staffing needs and support business objectives. This includes collaborating closely with hiring managers to execute recruiting activities, guide candidates through the selection process, and implement talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School diploma plus 6 years' related experience or Bachelor's degree plus 3 years' related experience.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system and HRMS.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- A willingness to travel up to 35%.
- Bachelor's degree plus 4 years' related experience.
- Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience with both exempt and non-exempt recruiting, including technical, professional, and managerial positions.
- Experience overseeing enterprise-wide projects related to recruitment such as immigration, college internships, etc.
