**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Recruiter to join our team at Avient Corporation.
As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent for salaried positions across various business units.
You will work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to understand succession needs and develop proactive strategies to address talent gaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Manage full life cycle recruiting for 20-30 requisitions concurrently, varying based on business need.
- Partner with all levels of management (including executives) to understand succession needs and develop proactive strategies to address talent gaps.
- Maintain relationships with business networks and professional organizations to gain knowledge and obtain referrals.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Talent Acquisition with emphasis on full life cycle salaried recruiting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive change/process management.
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
- Understanding of Recruiting KPIs and strive for excellence to deliver results.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and social network recruiting platforms.
