- Conducting Start of Care (SOC) Admissions - OASIS
- Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs

Requirements:
- Two years of recent clinical experience in medical/surgical settings
- Prior home care and OASIS experience is essential
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program is mandatory
