A Path of Care Hospice is seeking a Full-Time RN Clinical Director to oversee daily office and clinical operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage office and clinical operations to meet the needs of our patients
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
- Act as a resource for field staff, investigating and resolving reported incidents
- Conduct performance evaluations and develop performance improvement plans
- Educate employees on infection control and abuse recognition
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of nursing experience, approximately 1 year of hospice experience, knowledge of Medicare guidelines governing home health agencies, and basic computer skills. Additionally, they should be able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
