Hotel Manager Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team in delivering an outstanding customer experience. As a Hotel Manager at Travelodge Wellington Somerset, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating the hotel teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading, coaching and motivating the hotel teams.
- Ensuring food is prepared and presented to brand standard (if working in a Bar Cafe hotel).
- Maximising food and beverage sales by cross and upselling (if working in a Bar Cafe hotel).
- Making sure rooms and public areas are cleaned using company best practice.
- Rota management, banking and health & safety.
