We're currently seeking an Associate General Counsel to join our in-house legal team. In this role, you'll work closely with Company leadership to provide practical legal guidance on various business matters. You'll be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, including real estate leases, licenses, purchase and sale contracts, and material storage and transportation agreements.
Key qualifications for this role include strong knowledge of corporate, contract, real estate, and labor and employment law, excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and legal analysis skills, and a strong problem-solving ability and business acumen.
