About the Role:
The Lubrizol Corporation is seeking a seasoned Asset Protection Manager Senior to join its team. This role will be responsible for managing security operations/forensics and facilities security, as well as providing hands-on technical leadership in developing and implementing security strategies, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage security operations/forensics and facilities security
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in developing and implementing security strategies, policies, and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and capability assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats
- Lead technical teams of security professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities
Requirements:
- US DHS Security Clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Sound decision-making, proactive/creative problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
- Experience leading SOC teams, Threat Intelligence, or other reactive areas of security
- Experience investigating cyber attacks and developing information security strategies and programs
