Job Title: Head of Business Development - Asia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our business development efforts in Asia. As the Head of Business Development - Asia, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in this critical region.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a deep understanding of market trends and competitor analysis. They will be able to draw actionable conclusions from complex data sets and develop strategies to improve customer-facing functions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and is able to lead collaborative efforts across multiple teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular market and competitor analysis reports to identify trends and best practices in the Asian region
• Analyse current performance and identify areas for improvement
• Generate new supplier introductions through a strong network of personal connections
• Agree targets for critical customer-facing user journeys and lead collaborative efforts to ensure these are met

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years experience in a similar role, preferably in online gaming
• University degree in Business Management, Information Technology or similar
• Experience managing a sizeable team
• Analytical mindset, comfortable digesting complex information and drawing actionable conclusions
• Able to conduct detailed business conversations and negotiations in both English and Mandarin
• Team player, easy to work with and enjoying achieving results as a collective
