B&A is looking for an experienced IT Security Leadership Position to oversee and manage cybersecurity initiatives and ensure the security of IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, information assurance, and vulnerability management.
This position requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, as well as experience leading security programs of similar scope and complexity. The successful candidate will develop, maintain, and manage Security Authorization and Assessment packages and lead and manage cybersecurity programs.
We are seeking a highly skilled individual who can conduct security assessments and risk analyses, providing recommendations for risk mitigation and system improvements. Additionally, you will research and evaluate software and technologies for potential security vulnerabilities, providing recommendations for secure implementation.
A Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is required, as well as at least three years of experience in Information Security (Cybersecurity or Information Assurance).
