IT Support Specialist / System Administrator
We seek a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist/System Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage user accounts, and ensure seamless operation of IT systems across the organization.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to empower users with efficient tools.
- Resolve IT-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Handle user account creation, maintenance, and security settings, ensuring appropriate system access levels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, providing assistance for network-related queries.
- Monitor system performance, security logs, and infrastructure health to proactively identify potential problems.
- Maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to ensure a well-documented knowledge base.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in IT administration to improve overall system efficiency and security.
- Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to support organizational goals and objectives.
- Provide 24-hour production support, ensuring systems are always operational and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience and professional knowledge.
- Experience supporting high-security environments and addressing related security issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration.
- Proficient in user account management, security protocols, and access control.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience with monitoring system performance and security logs.

CelLink offers a competitive compensation package, including comprehensive medical and dental coverage, employee stock option plan participation, and opportunities for career progression. Base pay ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 USD annually, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Benefits and compensation packages are subject to eligibility requirements.
