The Headlines :
In the role ofBrand Design Manager working in Chicago, you understand design as a critical growth and business driver, using your expertise to orchestrate effective and aesthetic design solutions in partnership with Marketing and Agencies. Your creative proficiency is applied in service to brand objectives, creating a partnership that generates productivity efficiencies. Your understanding of corporate culture and critical thinking empowers you to facilitate problem solving and operate efficiently in a high volume, fast-paced setting.
The Responsibilities :
Strategic Capability and Design Expertise
- Blends understanding of cultural context, competitive landscape, consumer insights and business strategy specific to assigned brands to advise which creative ideas are on-brand and on-brief.
- Applies design training and experience to help guide creative assessment and drive optimal aesthetic and effective creative solutions.
- Brand World development process lead, creative director and perennial brand steward
- Execution of day-to-day brand asset management, including packaging design and general oversight of correct and consistent brand application across all consumer touch points.
- Cross-functional collaboration, helping solve design challenges across a variety of formats while maintaining consistency throughout.
