Cisco Meraki is revolutionizing physical security with our innovative MV smart camera product line, combining cloud-managed simplicity with advanced AI-powered applications. We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) to join our Product Management team.
As a TME, you will serve as a critical link between technical expertise and strategic direction, collaborating closely with Product Management to bring intelligent camera solutions to market. Your role will involve turning customer insights into actionable product improvements and managing the resolution of technical challenges.
Responsibilities :
- Shape the Product Journey : Partner with engineering and product management to guide product design, testing, and launch.
- Enable Success : Create and deliver impactful technical collateral for internal teams, customers, and partners.
- Collaborate Globally : Engage with Meraki’s teams across global offices.
- Customer Champion : Drive beta and pilot programs, engaging directly with customers.
- Resolve Challenges : Review and prioritize customer-reported issues.
- Engage the Market : Meet with customers and prospects to share the product vision.
- Issue Resolution : Establish a plan to address customer-reported bugs and critical issues.
