The Junior Art Director will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize, design, and execute campaigns that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand presence.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Creative & Marketing teams to develop and execute creative concepts for social media campaigns.
- Create visually compelling content tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Design graphics, motion content, and visuals for posts, stories, and ads.
- Oversee photoshoots, video production, and editing for social media needs.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and voice.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all social channels.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital design.
- Propose fresh ideas to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Partner with other departments (e.g., marketing, product) to understand campaign objectives.
- Respond to constructive feedback to refine designs and meet client / brand needs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Organize and archive creative assets efficiently.
