About the role :
We are seeking a Contract UX Designer to help create intuitive, engaging, and secure user experiences for our embedded finance services products.
As a UX Designer at Jaris, you will play a critical role in simplifying complex financial processes, ensuring accessibility, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. You will work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to create seamless, user-centric designs for our responsive web applications.
Responsibilities :
- Lead 0 to 1 UX projects, designing new experiences from the ground up.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Create user-friendly, business-focused designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Conduct user research and apply data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
- Lead design workshops and review sessions to align on direction.
- Collaborate closely with front-end engineers, guiding design implementation.
- Manage end-to-end UX project tasks with minimal supervision.

Applicants located in the San Francisco Bay Area, the expected hourly range for this role is $50.00 - $80.00 USD per hour. Final rate may vary within the range provided based on prior experience, expertise, skills, and other factors.
