Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at LabCorp. As a vital member of our Patient Service Center or Client office, you will provide exceptional customer service and perform skilled specimen collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients
- Perform skilled specimen collections using venipuncture and capillary techniques
- Data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
- Process billing information and collect payments when required
- Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid California issued Phlebotomy License OR an application filed with the California Department of Health
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- The ability to attend 2-week training in California
