Role Overview
The Senior Director of Clinical Operations will be responsible for leading and overseeing all clinical trial activities for hematological oncology programs.
This role requires a strong leader who can develop and implement clinical operations strategies to support the organization's hem-oncology pipeline.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement clinical operations strategies to support the organization's hem-oncology pipeline.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the clinical operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical research, regulatory affairs, data management, and biostatistics, to ensure the successful execution of clinical trials.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences, nursing, or a related field (PhD, MD, or equivalent preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical trial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Minimum 10 years of oncology therapeutic area and or hematology.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Prior senior leadership position.
