Jobleads-US is looking for an experienced Lead Software Developer to lead the technical design and development of software solutions. As a key member of our Technology organization, you will be responsible for proposing and designing software solutions to address complex business needs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, including application development, business management, customer solutions, design, group problem solving, process improvements, release management, software solutions, and user experience (UX) design. Additionally, they should have strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support colleagues in their work.
In this role, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, or Birmingham, AL, and will be required to spend time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion.
