About the Position
This Performance Testing Lead position offers an excellent opportunity to join Jobleads-US's team and contribute to the company's software infrastructure. As a key member of the team, you will oversee the software development pipeline, ensure efficient testing and release processes, and synthesize software requirements and architecture.
### Responsibilities
- Oversee the software development pipeline and external contractors.
- Organize and improve software testing and release processes.
- Develop software requirements and architecture, conduct code reviews, create test plans, and perform coding tasks (25-50% of time).
### Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred, but other technical fields are acceptable.
- At least 7 years of experience in automated test and measurement in a structured software development organization.
- Strong knowledge of LabView and proficiency in C/C , Python, and/or C# languages.
- Familiarity with relational databases and writing SQL queries.
- Experience developing and supporting complex metrology systems across the lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture, design, coding, validation, and deployment.
- Familiarity with collaborative source control and release tools such as Git and DevOps.
- Project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience with electrical, optical, and mechanical components.
- Data analysis skills using Excel and Access.
- Prior experience supervising a software development team.
