- Drive value capture activities to eliminate waste, improve storage density, and achieve cost savings through process improvements and optimized labor resource utilization.
- Lead and develop the site Logistics team, providing direction to ensure effective labor resource utilization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required and 10 years of experience in logistics or operations.
- Ability to apply advanced Logistics knowledge and skills, integrating theories and principles into the context of the broader Kimberly-Clark Supply-Chain.
- Experience in a high-speed industrial manufacturing, logistics or supply chain environment preferred.
