Key Responsibilities:
* Implement tailored care plans that meet individual resident needs and preferences
* Foster a collaborative environment among staff and encourage open communication with families
* Lead, schedule, and monitor the performance of caregivers
* Advocate for residents and family members
* Provide customer service and focus on resident satisfaction
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience in Long-term Care (Preferred)
* Minimum 1 year experience in Supervision (Required)
* Strong clinical skills, including medical communication and service planning
* Ability to cover for resident needs unstaffed during weekdays
