Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Director to join our team. The successful candidate will have prior experience in maintenance and be able to oversee the upkeep of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to meet regulatory requirements
- Ensure community maintenance is carried out in accordance with company policies
Requirements:
- Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
- Minimum of one year of prior experience of maintenance supervisory experience required
- Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
