We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of accounting to lead our finance function and support our effective internal and external financial reporting process. As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing a finance and accounting team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure timely and accurate completion of the monthly financial close, accounting, and reporting activities.
Responsibilities
This role includes:
- Providing strategic leadership and direction to the finance and accounting team.
- Partnering with operations teams to drive analysis and understanding of current and budgeted/forecasted financial results.
- Mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in accounting and finance roles with increasing responsibilities.
- Big Four public accounting experience preferred.
- CPA certification.
