Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager to develop strong relationships with institutional clients and internal stakeholders, driving business contract negotiation and ensuring a positive experience for our prospects and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, Fidelity personnel, and external executives
- Negotiate contracts, overseeing the contract process for new business and renewals
- Collaborate with Sales team, Rebid team, and Managing Director on business issue contract documentation and strategy
- Develop creative, flexible, and integrated contract solutions in support of relationship management goals
- Mitigate contractual risk while maintaining client satisfaction
Requirements:
- 10 years of Relationship Management, Client Service, and Implementation Project Management experience
- Extensive benefits/outsourcing experience with a strong knowledge of Fidelity contract provisions
- Comprehensive project management skills and ability to drive decisions with key senior executives
Fidelity's Hybrid Working Model:
Our hybrid model blends onsite and offsite work experiences. Most roles require associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office.
