Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all employees to maintain high employment quality standards consistent with the Carrabba's Italian Grill Brand.
• Ensure the restaurant is fully staffed and employees are trained in all aspects of job responsibilities.
• Respond to complaints and turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
• Verify that all menu items are made according to the recipe and presentation meets Carrabba's Italian Grill standards.
• Maintain proper inventory levels and place orders within established guidelines.
• Manage restaurant P&L.
• Enforce safety and sanitation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance for the entire restaurant and premises.
• Oversee all restaurant administrative requirements including cash handling and governmental compliance.
• Teach and practice the Carrabba's Italian Grill Principles and Beliefs.
• Lead the restaurant and its employees in active community involvement.
• Demonstrate high ethical judgment and adhere to the Company's Code of Ethics policy.

Requirements:

• Dependability, self-reliance, passion for great food, and exceptional customer service.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding guest service and handle guest complaints professionally.
• Knowledge of maintaining high standards of food quality and service.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule (nights & weekends).
• Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Computer proficiency (particularly MS Office Suite and Outlook) preferred.
• Bilingual, a plus.
• Ability to relocate, a strong plus.
• Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen, a BIG advantage.
