Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Lab Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality meets compliance with operating plans, KPIs, and applicable policies and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in factory or manufacturing settings, preferably in quality control. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work collaboratively with others, and proficiency in basic email, word, and Excel operations are essential.
Key Responsibilities
The Quality Lab Lead will be responsible for:
- Ensuring product quality meets compliance with operating plans, KPIs, and applicable policies and regulations
- Performing testing and inspection of products at various stages of the production process
- Collaborating with others to identify root causes of out-of-line Standard Operating Conditions and implementing corrective actions
- Monitoring equipment settings and making adjustments to product specifications as needed
- Preparing reports for communications to Quality, operating management, and customers
Requirements
