Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to spearhead our growth within the Dermatology and Plastic Surgery sectors. This highly visible role will involve developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, cultivating key relationships with industry leaders, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales approaches.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the market, a proven track record of success in sales leadership, and a passion for staying ahead of the curve in terms of industry trends and best practices.
This position will start as an individual contributor and over time be responsible for building a high-performing sales team to support the growth of this channel. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop sales plans, strategies, and incentive plans
- Key Account Engagement & Growth: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical spa operators
- Account Development & Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, growing Face Reality's presence in the market
- Product Education & Training: Provide training and education to clients on our products and services
- Client Support & Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 5-10 years sales/business development experience in physician-dispensed skincare channel
- Strong existing relationships in the aesthetic space
- Solid understanding of medical/dermatology, plastic surgery practices, and medical spas
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, with a focus on long-term relationship-building and driving measurable results
