Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical excellence and quality improvement initiatives
- Lead medical staff functions, including physician credentialing and privileging

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Advanced degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or public health preferred
- Experience as a successful physician leader in a progressive hospital and healthcare system
- At least five years of recent, post-graduate clinical experience with a focus on measurable improvements in quality, safety, and patient experience
