About Us
Generations Family Health Center, Inc. is a regional community health center covering a thirty-seven town rural region in eastern Connecticut with sites located in Willimantic, Danielson, Norwich, and Putnam.
We provide a full range of primary care services to all ages including medical, dental, and behavioral health care, as well as care coordination and community outreach.
In addition to our main facilities, we offer mobile programs and School Based Health Centers.
Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing a full range of primary care services, including physical exams, therapeutic and surgical procedures, patient education, and ensuring continuity of care.
You will also provide leadership and oversight of medical care at the Willimantic site in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer and the Chief Quality Officer.
Requirements
- A Doctoral degree from an accredited medical school
- Family Medicine/Internal Medicine residency trained from an accredited institution
- 5,000 bilingual stipend for verified Spanish fluency
