Job Summary
We seek a Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist to provide medical oversight and care to our assigned patient population. This is a full-time opportunity with benefits, offering minimal call shifts and no overnight call.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain timely and appropriate documentation of patient care
- Participate in quality assurance, utilization management, and peer review programs
- Meet quality measures in provision of medical care
- Create and maintain timely, appropriate, and confidential documentation and coding of patient care
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of medicine with licensure in the state where he/she practices
- Experience in the Skilled Nursing/Post-Acute care and/or Hospitalist setting
