Job Description
We are seeking a Medical Director to join our team at AESC Poulsbo. Our new hospital is approximately 12,000 square feet and is fear-free focused, providing a comfortable environment for our patients.

As Medical Director, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and comprehensive veterinary care to our patients while maintaining a positive, professional, and supportive work environment for the veterinary team.
You will work in close partnership with the hospital director and regional leadership to ensure the hospital's success by acting as a medical subject matter expert, overseeing the entire medical team, and driving operational excellence.
