Job Summary
We are seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Ped Physicians to join our hospital system in southern Illinois. Our team consists of 6 experienced Family Medicine providers and 1 Pediatrician.
Opportunities:
- Internal Medicine physicians will see patients aged 13 and above.
- Flexible scheduling options available, including 4 or 5 days per week, or a mix of inpatient and outpatient work.
- Opportunities for hospitalist work with a manageable census of 8 patients per day.
- Training opportunities in gastroenterology.
- No Obstetrics responsibilities.
- A high patient volume of 18 patients per day in clinics, allowing for focused practice and minimal administrative tasks.
- Access to centralized coding and scribe services to optimize charting efficiency.
About the Hospital
- Our 25-bed critical access hospital serves a rural community with 6 health clinics, home health services, and visiting specialists.
- We are an educational site for multiple medical schools and NP/PA programs, offering opportunities for teaching and mentorship.
