About the Role:
We're seeking a talented Medical Science Liaison to join our Neuroscience team in New York City and New Jersey. As a key member of our team, you'll establish and maintain relationships with leading researchers and clinicians, providing scientific resources and expert input on relevant data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a geographical territory, building external relationships with healthcare providers
• Create a strategic plan for clinical activities with identified opinion leaders, institutions, and community practices
• Demonstrate expertise in Influence & Results Focused, Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, Product & Therapeutic Area Knowledge, and Data Insights & Dissemination
• Build partnerships with community and academic opinion leaders through establishing relationships and conducting scientific exchange
• Execute research initiatives, maintain strong scientific acumen, and support department operations
Experience and Skills:
• PharmD, MD/DO, PhD, DNP, or DPAS degree required; advanced medical degree (PA or NP) with 2 years of relevant clinical experience considered
• 2 years of MSL experience or 2-3 years of relevant work experience in clinical, research, fellowship, or pharmaceutical work
• Ability to support travel of 50-70%, including overnight stays and weekend commitments
• Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge or experience in Schizophrenia/Psychiatry
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
