We are seeking a skilled Medication Utilization Specialist to join our team at Jobleads-US. This role is responsible for implementing, coordinating, and evaluating clinical pharmacy services, including assisting and directing medication usage evaluations and collaborating with medical staff to establish criteria for medication use.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and monitoring hospital policies and procedures regarding medication utilization, as well as coordinating activities with assigned student preceptors and monitoring student performance.
