Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Addiction Recovery Program Supervisor to join our team at the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center. This role requires a strong background in counseling, program management, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train program staff and volunteers to ensure high-quality services are provided to beneficiaries.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
- Lead group counseling sessions and provide one-on-one support.
- Collaborate with local colleges and universities to recruit interns.
- Ensure intake operations meet ARC standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or certification in addiction counseling or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in substance abuse counseling and program management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn additional software as needed.
- Ability to make critical decisions and work with minimal supervision.
