About the Position
We are seeking a dynamic Franchise Business Leader to join our growing health and wellness franchisor. In this role, you will support and guide franchisees in achieving operational excellence, driving revenue growth, and maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees, providing guidance on operations, marketing, sales, and customer service to drive business performance.
- Develop and implement operational standards, including compliance with brand guidelines, health and wellness regulations, and best practices.
- Analyze financial and operational KPIs across franchise locations, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing tailored action plans.
- Deliver ongoing training programs and resources to franchisees and their teams, fostering growth in areas such as leadership, customer engagement, and team management.
- Partner with franchisees to develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, expand customer bases, and enhance market penetration.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring franchisees maintain the company's mission, vision, and values in all aspects of their business.
- Stay informed about health and wellness industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to position franchisees for success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5 years in franchise operations, business consulting, or multi-unit leadership, preferably in the health and wellness or service industry.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and influence franchisees or multi-unit teams to achieve business goals.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM, POS, and franchise management software is preferred.
- Willingness to travel regularly to franchise locations and regional meetings.
