We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our commercial team at Syneos Health. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
About the Role:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of District Managers and Professional Sales Representatives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Consumer product lines within the Nation
- Provide coaching and training to build a capable and effective team through continuous feedback
- Inspire ownership, accountability, initiative, and engagement within the entire team
- Approve and assist in the implementation of each district plan within the Nation
- Ensure compliance with promotional regulations and train the team accordingly
- Review employee performance and address skill development for direct reports
- Interface with other functional leaders and teams to achieve business goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage regional staff of managers and interface with representatives
- Provide oversight to ensure the team is promoting product consistent with policies

Qualifications:
- Ten years' experience within pharmaceutical sales
- Five or more years' experience managing District Managers
- Previous successful work experience in team selling environments
- Excellent command of the English language required, both written and spoken
