About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic IT leader with a passion for innovation in healthcare technology to join our team as a Solutions Architect.
As a Solutions Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge IT systems that drive efficiency, enhance performance, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
You will architect and design end-to-end IT solutions that support a wide range of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) functions, from claims processing and eligibility to formulary management and pharmacy network services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop end-to-end IT solutions to support PBM/vendor implementations & operations, including claims processing, eligibility, formulary management, and pharmacy network services.
- Design and oversee API, streaming, and system integration strategies to ensure seamless data exchange across internal and external platforms, including health plans, providers, and pharmacies.
- Work closely with business leaders, product managers, QA, Operations, and IT teams to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions.
Requirements:
- 7 years in IT architecture, with at least 3 years in a PBM, healthcare, or payer environment.
- Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Database technologies (SQL, NoSQL)
- Enterprise integration patterns, ETL, middleware solutions
