About the Role
Jobleads-US is currently seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and support the USINDOPACOM J6 portfolio of programs.
This role requires expertise in various systems engineering services, including Active Directory, VDI, server implementation, configuration, and security requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT customer support, Active Directory, Windows Servers, and VDI experience. Additionally, they will be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Linux, Virtualization, and Containers, as well as security controls.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support for infrastructure-related projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure-related processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
- BS/BA in Technical discipline and/or IT Management/Engineering OR Associate's degree and additional experience in relevant field may be substituted
- Minimum of 10 years of operational IT customer support OR Active Directory, Windows Servers, VDI experience
- Previous experience with Microsoft Windows, Linux, Virtualization, and Containers, security controls
Desired Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in Systems Engineering and/or technical experience in Information Technology (IT)
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and security solutions
