Job Title: BE/BC Primarily Outpatient Neurologist
About the Opportunity:
BJC Medical Group Neurology Associates has an opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible neurologist to join our team based at Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital.
About the Team:
We are a growing group with an established team of two neurologists and two neurology APPs. Our team provides inpatient and outpatient care, sharing weekend call coverage 1:4.
About the Patients:
We care for a variety of neurological conditions, including headaches, movement disorders, neuromuscular diseases, chronic migraines, epilepsy, memory disorders, multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, stroke, carpal tunnel syndrome, and other nerve conditions.
About the Support Staff:
We have a strong support staff, including a dedicated medical assistant for each provider. We use EPIC EMR and have collaborative relationships with dozens of primary care physicians in the area.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the medical care of assigned patients
- Communicate with staff, patients, and families
- Collaborate with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes
- Perform and document histories and physicals in the patient's medical record as required by hospital bylaws
- Supervise and instruct medical students and residents assigned to service
Requirements:
- Doctorate-Medicine degree
- No experience necessary
