As a Care Partner, you will provide essential support to seniors in their daily lives, including:

• Personal care: assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Health monitoring and documentation: observe, document, and report changes in health or behavior
• Assistance with meals: help with mealtime and feeding those who require additional support
• Social and recreational activities: engage seniors in life-enriching activities for their well-being
• Cleaning and housekeeping: maintain a clean and safe environment

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. You should also be able to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.
