Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care by assisting elders with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, possibly with walkers and wheelchairs.
- Monitor and document the elder's health or behavior, reporting any changes to the Wellness Team.
- Assist with meals and feeding elders who require additional support.
- Engage in social and recreational activities to support the elder's well-being.
- Maintain a clean environment, including light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up and ensuring general cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently with residents and coworkers.
- Capacity to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.
- Age requirement: 18 years old.
- Schedule: Full-Time, Sunday - Thursday.
